A-Grade Traditional Grind is our blend of Kava from Fiji only farms, and is carefully selected Noble Variety Waka (Kava Roots)

100% locally sourced from the different regions in Fiji that have been harvested around three years and having an average lactone percentage of between six to eight percent.

How to mix kava:

1. Use only potable water
2. Pour contents of this bag into a muslin straining bag
3. Add water into a basin (for 1 bag, approx 3 liters of water)
4. Gently knead and squeeze bag to extract the kava. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes
5. Stir and serve

DO NOT drive or operate heavy machinery after consumption. Kava may cause drowsiness and impair judgment.

Consult your doctor if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition (especially liver issues). Avoid alcohol and other sedatives when using kava. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
